Hitech Motorsport have a dedicated fabrication bay in their workshop. It is well equipped with lathes, mill/drill, MIG and TIG welders, etc.
They can fabricate almost anything from custom one off components like header tanks and turbo manifolds, through to complete competition cars.
All roll cages are constructed to Motorsport New Zealand requirements and we can handle anything from basic 4 point roll over bars right up to comprehensive multi point chrome moly roll cages and space frame chassis. Modifications we carry out to body shells include seam welding, suspension pick up modifications, exhaust and gear box tunnels, etc.
We specialise in full exhaust systems to get the best performance from you vehicle. We make custom equal length extractors from stainless or mild steel and also fabricate turbo manifolds to suit bigger turbos and external wastegates. We make tuned merge collectors from stainless and mild steel also.
We can modify and fabricate suspension from simple arms right through to cockpit adjustable anti-roll bars and 4 link rear suspension systems.
Intercooler piping is another thing we can fabricate. We also modify alloy radiators and intercoolers to suit your requirements.
We have a range of off the shelf fuel surge tanks and breather tanks made in house in our fab bay, or alternatively we can custom make tanks to suit your vehicle. We also fabricate custom panels in alloy and stainless steel.
Custom machining is also provided.
