With over 30 years in motorsport, Grady’s background in Aircraft Engineering and his success as a NZ Touring Car and NZV8 Championship driver bring invaluable expertise to HiTech Motorsport. Having built and prepared race cars for top teams in New Zealand and internationally, Grady’s precision engineering and performance tuning skills ensure customers receive nothing but the best.
A leading engine reconditioning and ECU tuning specialist, Dwight has over 30 years of experience. He has built championship-winning engines and tuned vehicles for rally legends like Possum Bourne and five-time NZ champion Richard Mason. His in-depth knowledge of engine building, tuning, and aftermarket ECUs makes him one of New Zealand’s most respected performance tuning experts.
Paul is a highly experienced automotive engineer with 30+ years in the industry. Having worked as a foreman, service manager, and business owner, his expertise spans Japanese performance cars, servicing, and meticulous classic car restoration. He is also the proud owner of a show-winning Mitsubishi Evo 6, demonstrating his passion for high-performance vehicles.
Sam has been with HiTech Motorsport since his school days, starting as a work experience student before becoming a fully qualified technician. Specialising in race car preparation, performance modifications, and fabrication, he has a strong motorsport background, including junior kart racing titles and competitive circuit racing. Today, he competes in speedway racing, driving one of the fastest stockcars in the country.
